Privacy notice
Data used
When you submit a request, we save your name, contact, company, selected plan and storage, site count and message. Requests are sent to the Corpi team’s internal Arc system to respond and manage setup. The portal uses user names and email addresses, company, site and team information, photos, comments, submission times and processing events.
Telegram bot
When a bot account is connected, we store the worker’s Telegram ID, team assignment, draft and submitted photo reports. Photos sent through Telegram are also processed by Telegram. Corpi grants and revokes access.
Photo storage
Setup includes Corpi server storage or a client Google Drive folder. Google Forms originals also remain with the form owner. Changing storage affects new photos and does not move old files.
Access and requests
Client access is restricted to their company. Anyone with an expiring photo link can view the file until it expires. Local backups are created daily. Retention, users and deletion procedures are agreed during setup. Contact Corpi on Telegram about access, corrections or deletion.
Browser preferences
The site uses language and theme preferences. The portal stores authentication in the browser. Do not share access and sign out on shared devices.
